Councillor Nigel Welton declared a possible interest in that discussions might involve social housing, in view of his employment with Lincolnshire Housing Partnership; however, the agenda item related only to access.

Councillor Martin Griggs declared an interest in housing in general, as Portfolio Holder.

To consider the following planning application and decide on comments to be submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
