Purpose:
To enable the aforementioned officers to
provide support on climate change and environment related
workstreams across the South and East Lincolnshire Councils
Partnership.
The Decision Notice follows HR advice to complete the audit process
for this.
Decision:
A S113 Arrangement for the Sustainable
Development Officer and Climate Change and Environment Officer to
be formally shared with Boston Borough Council and South Holland
District Council until 31 March 2025. This is on the basis of BBC %
= 23, ELDC % = 46, SHDC % = 31 and will provide support across the
South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership on a range of
climate change and environment initiatives.
This has been in place since June 2023, following portfolio holder
agreement and a Decision Notice at ELDC.
