Purpose:
These Officers continue to be "put at the
disposal" of East Lindsey District Council and Boston Borough
Council - importantly they can "act" as if they are the staff of
all Councils to deliver projects across the Partnership. These
roles are vital to deliver projects to ensure decisions are made
and provides partnership working allowing the ability to adapt and
be responsive.
Decision:
To continue to place at the disposable of BBC
and ELDC Programme Delivery Officer and Programme Delivery Manager
via temporary Section 113 Notice's from SHDC to BBC and
ELDC.
Reasons for the decision:
The work delivered by these Officers is vital
to the continuation of the project delivery and therefore there is
no alternative options available at this time.
