That under Section 113 of the Local Government
Act 1972 the Information Governance Officer at Boston Borough
Council be temporarily placed, for the period up to 31 March 2025,
at the disposal of South Holland District Council and East Lindsey
District Council for the purposes of their functions.
That under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972 the
Information Governance Officer at East Lindsey District Council be
temporarily placed, for the period up to 31 March 2025, at the
disposal of Boston Borough Council for the purpose of its
functions.
Reasons for the decision:
To support delivery and enhance resilience of
Information Governance Services across the Partnership.
