Decision:

East Lindsey District Council are formally sharing with Boston Borough Council the Life Skills Officer from the Rough Sleeper Service until at least the 31 March 2025.

The decision being sought is under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972 for Boston Borough Council to agree to this arrangement.

Reasons for the decision:

To enable the aforementioned officer to provide life skills to clients of the Rough Sleeper Service within the Boston borough. This is a joint service across Boston Borough and East Lindsey district. ELDC are the employer for this role.
