secure compliance with Assimilated Regulation (EC) 852/2004 and the
Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013
Reasons for the decision:
- Failure to put in place and implement
documented procedures based on the principles of HACCP.
- Failure to train staff to an appropriate level.
- Failure by managers to demonstrate sufficient understanding of
the principles of HACCP and failure to demonstrate an understanding
of food safety management.
