Decision:

Boston Borough Council are formally sharing with East Lindsey District Council the Temporary Accommodation Officer until at least the 31 March 2025. This will be extended to 31 March 2026 if required. The decision being sought is under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972 for Boston Borough Council to agree to this arrangement.

Reasons for the decision:

To enable the aforementioned officer to assist East Lindsey District Council to manage its temporary homelessness accommodation.
