To grant the Move on and Prevention funding (£79,573) to Restore Homes, Boston.

Providing the funding to Restore Homes will best meet the funding objectives and increase the amount of supported accommodation in Boston.

To award the funding to a different provider, but discounted.

To retain the funding and the Council use the grant to provide its own accommodation. This was discounted because the Rough Sleeper team does not have capacity to manage the accommodation which would include an element of out of hours work. At the current time, there is also uncertainty over the future funding of this service.
