Purpose:

To enable the aforementioned officer to manage the Housing Hub function for both Councils. The Hub team triage all homelessness contact including the provision of general housing advice.

Decision:

East Lindsey District Council are recruiting a Senior Housing Officer who will be formally shared with Boston Borough Council until at least the 31 September 2025.

The decision being sought is under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972 for Boston Borough Council to agree to this arrangement which will enable a combined role covering both areas.
