That under Section 113 of the Local Government
Act 1972 the Information Governance Officer at Boston Borough
Council be temporarily placed, for the period up to 31 March 2026,
at the disposal of South Holland District Council and East Lindsey
District Council for the purposes of their functions.
That under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972 the Legal
Manager and Information Governance Manager/Data Protection Officer
shared by East Lindsey District Council and Boston Borough Council
be temporarily placed, for the period up to 31 March 2026, at the
disposal of South Holland District Council for the purpose of its
functions.
That under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972 the
Information Governance Officer and the Monitoring Officer Executive
Assistant at East Lindsey District Council be temporarily placed,
for the period up to 31 March 2026, at the disposal of Boston
Borough Council for the purpose of its functions.
Reasons for the decision:
To support delivery and enhance resilience of
these services during the period whilst the approved Information
Governance and Legal Service Review is implemented.
