The secondment of the Executive Assistant
(Communities) to Neighbourhood Services for a period of 2 years
effective from 1st April 2025.
Reasons for the decision:
To provide additional capacity to the
Neighbourhoods Service for two years, in support of the delivery
changes required by Defra and also to support the work programme
including the ADP.
Alternative options considered:
Do nothing was considered but would mean less
of the required support for the Neighbourhoods Work Programme would
be available.
