To enter the positions of Senior Programme Manager – Local Growth and Grant Funds, and Senior Programme Officer – Local Growth and Grants Funds, into the s113 agreement between the three councils of the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership.

Reasons for the decision:

Grants4growth is a capital grant scheme that has been to enable officers in these two posts to act on behalf of, and be at the disposal of, each local authority under the S113 agreement.



Alternative options considered:

Not to include in the s113 agreement. This has been considered but discounted, given the nature of the work of the team.
