To temporarily share East Lindsey District Council’s Scrutiny & Policy Officer with Boston Borough Council and South Holland District Council under Section 113 of the Local Government Act.

Reasons for the decision:

There is scrutiny and policy and governance work being done across BBC and SHDC and the S113 sharing agreement is needed to ensure relevant insurance policies are activated for the ELDC officer supporting this work.
