The Regulatory and Appeals Sub Committee Licensing has responsibility for making final decisions on certain types of licensing applications within Boston Borough Council, for example, alcohol licensing and taxi/private hire vehicle licensing. It provides oversight of decisions and acts as an appeal panel to decide specific appeals against the refusal of a licence or where a relevant representation has been received from an interested party, such as the police.

At each Regulatory & Appeals Committee meeting there is an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions. Here we explain the process for asking questions.
