Sharing of Senior Building Control officer with ELDC, covering both Councils
22/01/2024 - Sharing of Senior Building Control officer with ELDC, covering both Councils
Boston BC currently have a Senior Surveyor who
manages the team, and East Lindsey DC currently have a Team Leader
who manages the Team. The Team Leader at ELDC is due to leave the
Authority shortly.
The decision being sought is under Section 113 of the Local
Government Act 1972 for East Lindsey, to share the Senior Surveyor
of Boston BC with East Lindsey DC, to enable a combined role
covering both areas.
To provide a resilient service utilising partnership resource and
providing cost efficiencies.
