To temporarily share ELDC’s Scrutiny & Policy Officer with Boston Borough Council and South Holland District Council under Section 113 of the Local Government Act.

There is some scrutiny and policy work being done across BBC and SHDC and the S113 sharing agreement is needed to ensure relevant insurance policies are activated for the ELDC officer supporting this work.
