To authorise the Director for Economic Development to commence consultation with staff on the proposed service review.

To approve the four new Group Manager posts on the South Holland establishment that will be at disposal of this Council in accordance with Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972.

To delegate to the Director for Economic Development in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, authority to determine and implement the final structure taking account of consultation responses.

To approve the placing of the specified BBC posts at the disposal of South Holland District Council (SHDC) and East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) and to accept the placing of specified SHDC and ELDC posts at the disposal of this Council in accordance with Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972.
