That in accordance with the Cabinet decision of the 27th July 2022, the UK Shared Prosperity Fund Investment Plan bid be formally submitted to Government for consideration.

Noting that recommendation 2 of the Cabinet decision agreed to delegate authority to the Deputy Chief Executive - Growth, in consultation with the Deputy Leader, to make any amendments to the Investment Plan that might arise prior to submission to the Department of Levelling up, Communities and Housing.
